Sound Quality Homes Inc. is a small custom home builder specializing in a wide variety of different styles to suit people’s needs. We’ve built homes as small as 1,000 sq ft and as large as 6,000 sq ft. in a wide range of contemporary, traditional & craftsman styles. Most recently we have become excited about the modernist home movement since we believe these homes are generally more efficient and striking than some of the more recent traditional designs. Currently, the market is gravitating towards smaller, more affordable homes with unique style. Sound Quality Homes Inc. is ready to fill that gap in the marketplace with our exciting showcase of new designs.
Even though Sound Quality Homes Inc. has not participated in the speculative housing market since 2004, we have continued to successfully build custom homes since that time. We have been in business since 1975, and over that period we’ve completed approximately 150 quality homes and have been the building consultant for several other projects. At least 4 of our clients have been repeat customers and have hired Sound Quality Homes Inc. to build two or more houses for them. Most custom and pre sale clients over the years have realized instant equity in the homes that we’ve built for them. We can provide a list of references for you to call if you wish.
